Analyzing the Panama papers leak (available for download here), I created a corruption measure per country based on the number of times people from that country were mentioned in the Panama data per million residents of that country.

Notice how the tiniest countries are the most notorious here? If we forget about those and focus on the medium and large countries by population, we get the following list of shame:
Do people live longer lives in corrupt countries? According to this analysis, yes! with confidence level higher than 98%:
