When people talk about the world, how unfair it is, it is as if they believe they're uniquely subjected to unfairness.
Can you think of any one spec of dust out there for which the world can be described as fair?
For me the ultimate unfairness is that we may never be that spec of dust. That we are forever locked each into one and only one perspective. We may never, as sentient beings, experience what it's like to be a bird, a cloud, a planet. It feels so very unnatural at times, to be locked into place perched behind one pair of eyes, as if this is a forced placement, as if one naturally should be able to roam freely, and be whatever they want!
